एक लड़की  थी जिसके पास  ज्यादा पैसे नहीं थे  पति की मौत हो गयी थी पेंशन के पैसे से  अपना जीवन काट रही थी एक दिन एक घटना घाटी उसके घर के बहार एक लड़का आया दरवाजा खटकाया वो दरवाज खोलिती  है और देखती है  14 .15  साल का एक लड़का जो सेल्समैन था जो अपनी सामान बेचने  आया था  ये लड़की के पास उतने  पैसे नहीं  थे तो कहे दिया देख बेटा मै तेरी चीज़ वस्तुए  नहीं ले सकती  मै तुम्हे कोई  उम्मीदे नहीं दूंगी लेकिन 2 मिन्ट्स मेरे घर में आ बैठे और किचन में जाती है और एक दूध का गालस लेके आती है और कहती है मुझे लगता है की बहुत भूखा और प्यासा है ये पिलो तुम्हारी  भूखा और  प्यासा मीट जाएगी। लड़का दूध का गलस लेता है पीके धन्यवाद कहे के चला जाता है इस घटना को और 15साल  बीतते है 

हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट;

 ये लड़की बहुत बोडी हो जाती है और एक दिन उसको हार्टअटक आता है और आस पास के लोग उसको हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट करते है और जब उसके ऊपर सर्जरी  होती है बाद में वो ठीक होके अपनी आँख खुलती है तब उसको पता चलता है की उसके ऊपर ऑलरेडी बहुत बड़ी  सर्जरी हो चुकी है और लखो का बिल आया है तो उसके पैरो तले ज़मीन निकल जाती है वो रोने लगती है हे भवान मुझे क्यों बचाया अब मै ये बिल कहासे भरूंगी दूंगी मेरे पास तो एक फोटी कोड़ी भी नहीं है और 2 .3 दिन बहुत उदास वहा रहती है और सोचती है मेरे कोई रिस्तेदार भी नहीं की मदद मांगो। आखिर हॉस्पिटल से डिस्चार्ज का दिन आ जाता है

 वो भरी भरी कदमो कदमो से रेसप्शन की तरफ जाती है और सोचती है क्या मैं बोलेंगी काउंटर पे कहती है मेरा बिल वो बिल देता है और अपोर्स्मेंटली 5 लाख बिल आया है उसे बिल देखकर बहुत ताज़ब होता है की बिल के निचे लिखा था ऑलरेडी पेड और उसके निचे लिखा था एक गल्स दूध के लिए धन्यवाद   

 एक गल्स दूध दिया था ;

यानि वो लड़का जिसको  उन्होंने एक गल्स दूध दिया था दोस्तों आज वो लड़का बड़ा होके  एक डॉक्टर बन चूका है और उसी के हॉस्पिटल में ये लड़की आती है और वो देखता है की ओह माय गोड ये तो वही लड़की है जब मै कुछ नहीं था तब  उन्होंने मुझे एक गल्स दूध दिया था आज ये उधार चुकाने का मउका मिला है क्यों न इनका बिल मै जमा करों  

इसलिए तो कहते है दुनिया गोल है जब हम अच्छे काम करते है तो वो लौट के  वापस ज़रूर आते। अच्छी बात क्या है  भवान इतना मेहरबान है हमपे जब हम कुछ अच्छा काम छोडते है तो उसे कई गुना बड़ा हो के ये हमरी लाइफ में आती है  हम हमेशा पूरी ज़िन्दगी लगे रहते है दुनिया को इम्पेरस्स करने में मगर सही में इम्पेरस करना है तो उस ऊपर वाले को करो........

किसी उदास चेहरे पर पयरी सी मुस्कुराट ला दिए तो समझे लेना दुनिया का सब से धन्नवान आदमी तुम हो

 After all, the day of discharge from the hospital comes, she goes to the reception with full steps and thinks, will I speak, she says at the counter that she pays my bill and has come importantly 5 lakh , she is very surprised to see the bill. Underneath the bill was written already tree and below it was written thank you for a gulls milk

That is, the boy to whom he had given milk to a gal, friends, today that boy has grown up to become a doctor and this girl comes to his hospital and he sees that oh my God, this is the same girl when I was nothing, then he Gave me a cow's milk, today I have got a chance to repay this loan, why not deposit their bill
